Welcome to our help section. Here we have compiled answers to the most frequently asked questions. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Currently, orders can only be placed with us by businesses. To do so, please register as usual, and we will then send you a customer data sheet so we can create and store your information in our system. Private individuals cannot order directly from us; however, you can find retailers and restaurants that carry our products under the “Buy & Taste” section on our website.
Why am I looking for new distributors? As a relatively new company, we are not yet represented everywhere. However, we are tirelessly searching for new distribution partners. If you are a retailer, we invite you to register so we can send you an invitation to the next trade fair in your area. If you are a private individual, we welcome any suggestions or contacts regarding a retailer or distribution partner near you. Should your efforts be successful, we would be happy to show our appreciation with a small gift. Are there no distributors in my country?
Before you can shop with us, you need to register. Please use the form under the “Registration” link on the homepage. You will receive a notification as soon as our support team verifies your business. If you are already a customer but don’t yet have webshop access, please register with your preferred login details. After activation, you will be in your webshop with all relevant products.
We offer SEPA bank transfer and debit/credit cards as payment methods. The standard payment method is prepayment. For payments made via SEPA bank transfer, we offer a 2% discount on the net purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
We will endeavor to communicate the shipping costs for your order to you as quickly as possible and to offer flat-rate shipping options in the near future. Until you confirm the shipping costs, your order remains non-binding.
You can add any products that interest you to your wish list. This happens as soon as you click on the heart icon next to the product (directly on the overview or product details page). The product will then be on your wish list, which you can view by clicking the heart icon in the top right corner of the page. All products on your wish list will remain there even after you log out.
Most products in our range are suitable for private labeling. However, please note that for production reasons, there may be a minimum order quantity for some products. Since we cannot offer general pricing, please send us a message with your ideas and requirements, and we will get in touch with you.
