We ship to most countries in the European Union directly from our warehouses in Bulgaria and Austria, depending on the product type and availability. You will receive a shipping cost breakdown from us before confirming your order.
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2-3 business days. We will endeavor to inform you of the approximate delivery time after consultation with the shipping provider or freight forwarder.
We carefully pack shipments, depending on the volume, on pallets, half pallets, or in suitable shipping cartons. Should you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please inspect it immediately and take photos. Note the damage(s) on the shipping documents from the parcel service/freight forwarder and send us the documentation within 48 hours.
Please send any complaints regarding delivered goods to us within a maximum of 3 business days. In the case of incorrectly or incompletely delivered goods, we will endeavor to provide a replacement quickly and inform you of a delivery date as soon as possible. For returns of incorrectly delivered goods, we will provide you with the return address and send you the relevant documentation.
