Currently, the following payment methods are available: SEPA bank transfer and payment via VISA or Mastercard debit and credit cards. We are working to add further payment methods, including country-specific ones, over time.
The standard payment method is prepayment. For payments via SEPA bank transfer, the order is considered confirmed from the moment the outstanding amount is credited to our bank account (usually 1-2 business days). For payments via debit/credit card, the order is considered confirmed immediately.
After placing your order and paying by SEPA bank transfer, you will receive a pro forma invoice with our bank details. Payment must be received within 5 business days of the invoice date; otherwise, the order will be canceled. Once payment has been received, a regular accounting invoice will be issued and sent to you.
Only companies with a valid VAT ID are authorized to order and purchase (except for companies in Bulgaria and Austria – subject to product availability in the respective country).
